At Namu Gaji, our dishes evolve throughout the year according to the seasons. We use local, organic, and seasonal ingredients and sustainable practices whenever possible. Many of the ingredients on our plates come directly from the Namu Farm.

We also proudly hand pick products from local artisan producers, such as: Marin Sun Farm, BN Ranch, Tomatero Farm, Knoll Farms, La Tercera, Star Route Farm, Heirloom Organics, Dirty Girl Produce, Far West Funghi, Full Belly Farm, Twin Girls Farms, Massa Organics, Brokaw Farm, and many others.

UNIQUE WINES & PAIRINGS

At Namu Gaji, we choose wines that complement and enhance the intricate flavors of our dishes, while also fitting the ethos of the restaurant. We feature small production wines made by family-owned wineries that grow and harvest grapes in environmentally conscious methods. Low-alcohol, minimal oak, and bright aromatics are selected so as not to clash with the food. The result is a concise and focused list that highlights beautiful wines from famed regions such as the Douro, Burgundy, Piedmont, and Willamette Valley. We also source some fun and interesting wines from newer producers here in California.

Our emphasis is on aromatic whites and smoky and spicy reds. With such a wide variety of textures and flavors in the cuisine, the wine pairings are often unique and unexpected. Soba noodles and Roero Arneis? Oxtail with Santa Barbara County Syrah? The possibilities are endless.
